The Mitre provided a comfortable stay with spacious accommodations, featuring a large bed, mini fridge, and a cozy sofa. The staff were welcoming and efficient, especially during the check-in process. The location is excellent, merely across the street from Hampton Court Palace, making it convenient for both leisure and business activities. The riverside terrace offered a lovely ambiance for relaxation after a long day at work.
Limited parking was a slight inconvenience.

The location is fantastic, right by Hampton Court Palace, and the staff are welcoming. Unfortunately, the room left much to be desired, with issues like broken locks and thin walls making for an uncomfortable stay. The restaurant service was disappointing as well, leading to a less than perfect experience.

would definitely stop here again
The heritage room had a cozy setup with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the river. Lovely complimentary touches included a coffee machine and free toiletries. The restaurant offered a great selection, and I loved enjoying dinner with a view of the Thames. The spa lounge was relaxing too, perfect for unwinding.

I enjoyed the stunning views across the Thames from the breakfast room. The location is perfect for exploring Hampton Court, just a quick walk across the street. My Heritage Room offered cozy comfort with great amenities, like bathrobes and a Nespresso machine. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in and were genuinely friendly throughout my stay. The dining options had diverse meals, and I loved the riverside terrace for evening drinks. the breakfast service was a bit slow, and there were issues with the room not getting cleaned one day. The parking situation was frustrating, with limited options. I had a lovely stay but felt there were service inconsistencies that need addressing.

The grilled fish was a total winner, fresh and bursting with flavor! Plus, the riverside vibes while munching on tasty bites really set the mood. And let’s not forget, the staff were proper legends, always ready to lend a hand with a smile.
The carpet's a bit of a letdown, giving a dodgy feel. Plus, the bar turned into a battlefield on busy nights with events, which was a right hassle!

the location is super great, just a quick walk to the train station making it easy to hit london! also, right across from hampton court palace which is perfect for sightseeing. the hotel staff were really nice and welcoming, made us feel at home. the decor in common areas was really comfy, and the garden courtyard outside was a nice surprise for our morning coffee! loved the soaps and stuff in the room too! can't wait to visit again!
only downsides were that room wasn't cleaned one day, and breakfast service was kinda slow.

Beautiful spot but needs work
We had a decent stay here. The room was too warm, and the door lock barely worked—had to jam something behind it. The staff was nice, though, and breakfast was quite good with vegan options. But that housekeeping knock while we were getting ready was pretty awkward! Limited parking was another hassle for sure.

Proximity to Hampton Court Palace, riverside terrace dining, romantic setting for couples
Carpets are downright appalling, giving an unkempt feel!!! More hooks and better bathroom lighting are sorely needed. it's 2023, not 1923!!!
